How do I return an item?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason send it back. We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Just follow the instructions below.

Please return to our store, Joe’s Stores, 23461 Ridge Route Drive, Suite I, Laguna Hills, CA 92653. Please include a copy of your invoice with the reason for return and if the product is returned in its original condition, (new & unused-tags must be attached), within thirty (30) days, we will be happy to refund your account for the product, we do not refund your shipping. If you would like to exchange, please make sure you note that on your invoice. Returns must be within thirty (30) days. We neither sell, nor accept in return, products that are used, stained, damaged or smell of cigarette smoke. Returns must not be washed, worn or altered. Do not send back products if this is the case, a refund or credit will not be issued, and we will not return them to you at our cost. Thank you for shopping at Joe’s Stores.
